At home, Jake washed his dog.
Now his dog is very clean.

On Sunday, Lori and her family went
grocery shopping at the supermarket.
Her mom had a shopping list.

They bought some vegetables, fruits,
ham, cheese, bread, and eggs.
Her mom also bought some snacks for Lori.
After shopping, they were very hungry.
Her dad made some sandwiches, and
they ate them up.

Dave visited his grandparents on Saturday.
He bought some roses for his grandma.
His grandma loves flowers.
His grandma baked a cake and
cookies for him. They were really good.

Dave and his grandpa played chess.
His grandpa won the game, but
Dave wasn’t sad. The game was really fun!
